Preparation:
WHAT COMES IN THE BOX:
150g Custard Mix
120g Kadayif
INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED ACCORDING TO THE RECIPE:
750 ml (3.5 cup) milk
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 Roasting of kadayif
Put the butter in a large frying pan and melt it. Put the shredded kadayif and sugar on it. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it turns brown. Take it off the stove and let it cool.
2 Preparation of custard
Pour 750 ml (3.5 cup) of milk into a saucepan. Add the Custard powder mixture on it. Stir until it boils over medium heat. After it starts to boil, cook on low heat for another 4-5 minutes, stirring. Take it from the stove.
3 Pouring into borcam and serving
Spread half of the kadayif on a 21×21 cm borcam. Pour all the custard over it. Cut the remaining kadayif on the custard, cool for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator and serve by slicing.
TIP: You can add 1 cup of shredded walnuts while roasting the kadayif.
