15 Paper Cake Moulds
INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED ACCORDING TO THE RECIPE:
To make the Vanilla Cupcake:
2 eggs
100 ml (half a cup) oil
100 ml (half a cup) milk
To make the Cocoa Cupcake:
2 eggs
100 ml (half a cup) oil
140 ml (1 tea glass) milk
25 g (2-3 tablespoons) cocoa
Baking time: 20-25 minutes
Oven setting : 180 °C (preheated)
Baking time may vary depending on the brand and model of your oven.
1 Preliminary Preparation
Arrange the paper cup cake moulds on the tray. Set the oven to the specified temperature and turn it on to heat it.
2 Preparation of the dough
Add the ingredients mentioned in the “Ingredients to be added to the recipe” section to the flour mixture you put in the mixing bowl, depending on your preference for preparing vanilla and cocoa cupcake. Whisk with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, first at low speed, then at high speed.
2 Baking the dough
Divide the dough into paper moulds with the help of two spoons. Since we do not want the cupcakes to leaven too much for decoration, do not fill the moulds completely, leave about a finger space. Bake until lightly browned according to the specified oven setting and baking time. Take it out of the oven, transfer it to a serving plate and serve after it has cooled.
